Most guys that write to me want to learn how to become an alpha male. You know what I’m saying here. The guy that’s always in control. The guy who always takes charge of a situation. The guy that every girl fantasizes after.
Some guys try to become “alpha” by putting others down to raise their “social proof. “ They take every event as a chance to impress others with how “alpha” they are.
These guys are not doing the stuff you want to do to be an alpha male.
These guys are not alpha males. They show this by how much effort the put into showing how cool they are|.
Real alpha guys don’t prove themselves to anyone. They do not have to because they know inside what their life is about. They live life on their own terms and certainly don’t care if everyone thinks of them as “alpha. “
To become an alpha male, give up trying to impress other people and just follow your own path. Give up trying to prove to others that you are an alpha male. Real alpha men do not have to prove anything to anyone but themselves.
Now for the info you can actually apply.
Start taking the lead in what you do. Do not waiting for others to decide where to go for lunch, just throw something out there. It is not even important if you care that much about the decision. Just decide on something–anything. A lot of people cannot deciding things and taking charge of a situation. An added upside is that you never again have to have one of those “I don’t really care, what would you like?” discussions. Taking command of a situation is easy, and most people will just blindly fall in line behind you.
You should additionally start planning the broad vision of your life. What are your life goals? Who or what are you becoming? Alpha males have sturdy values. Don’t be scared to stand up for yourself when you need to back up those values. However, you should not go out of your way to take things to blows or start an argument. Adopt the belief that you can solve things civilly but don’t shy away from defending yourself if someone is antagonistic. Once you grasp this, confidence and alpha male behaviors will simply naturally happen. After you know what your life is all about, you will never feel insecure again.
So quit trying so hard to be “alpha. Simply cultivate your own values and you’ll naturally become less uptight and more in control. The True alpha men do not care about how everyone else sees them, so neither should you.
